How to Use!!?

Copy the code from the box below the image.
Go to the "Layout" section on the Blogger dashboard
You should now see that you are in the "Add and Arrange Page Elements" section
Click "Add a Page Element".
Select "HTML/JavaScript" widget
Paste the code for your background there, and save it.
